You may ask what does belly dance have to do with transmitting frequencies? Well, belly dance is a sacred movement originating in Nubia. These movements are also sacred and able to transmit and receive frequencies. April Lamar will provide us with a daily movement to align with the chakras and keep our M.E.C.C.A. Frequency in mind.
