ABOUT THIS WEEK'S M.E.C.C.A. FREQUENCY HOSTS: THE POLESHIFTERS
This group was formed in MIMEC (Melanated Immortals Making Evolutionary Changes) to study, send awareness, and instructions for the poleshift that the earth is currently experiencing. We are honored to have them hold the frequency for the betterment of the Melanin Dominant Population Worldwide.
Each plasma (day), they will practice syncrogalactic yoga to align with this wave's transmission. You can hear more about their experience on our Sunday night call. ASE!
This also includes individuals who focus with us each Sunday night on the M.E.C.C.A. Frequency call. This is a collective consciousness and we are just getting started!
HERE'S HOW YOU CAN BE ON THAT M.E.C.C.A. FREQUENCY TOO:

- Get a 7 day candle and set the intention of aligning with the M.E.C.C.A. Frequency as a whole or the 1st Transmission
- If you have chanting beads (Malas), do a round 108 chants to the M.E.C.C.A. frequency
- Add a focus to your daily meditation on the M.E.C.C.A. transmission for the week (see below)
