We are now experiencing the
second wave of our melanated collective energy vigil.
This week we give honor to Feedom Freedom Growers. Every dawning they will meditate for the betterment of melanin dominant people worldwide. We will check in with them next week to provide reflections of their experience with building the M.E.C.C.A. Frequency.

Feedom-Freedom Growers is a community group and resource committed to growing community relationships through the cultivation of food, hearts and minds.
The Feedom-Freedom Growers began in 2009 in order to address community needs and grow community institutions that were otherwise being dismissed. It started as a single garden bed, and has grown to large parcels of land, as well as within the hearts and minds of the Manistique community. Click here to find out more.
Reflections
The guardians of our first M.E.C.C.A. wave was IMWHOLE (Indigenous Melanated Women Healing Our Legacy Eternally). This group has noticed more unity among themselves and others on a level that had not been previously experienced. They are looking forward to continuing to focus in solidarity with the other groups hosting each week.

Suggested Meditation and practice on this transmission:
Imagine yourself as a tree connected to the earth through the soil and also to it's cosmic frequency.
Feel the connection of you and the earth so strong that you can't imagine being disconnected from it
Know that the earth feels the same way about you.
Remind yourself of it daily especially when you are doing mundane tasks like shopping, washing dishes, watching TV, etc.
Share your experiences.
Here's how you can be on that M.E.C.C.A. Frequency too:
- Get a 7 day candle and set the intention of aligning with the M.E.C.C.A. Frequency as a whole or the 1st Transmission
- If you have chanting beads (Malas), do a round 108 chants to the M.E.C.C.A. frequency
- Add a focus to your daily meditation on the M.E.C.C.A. transmission for the week (see below)
